Assisted & directed the schedule delay analysis of claims from Phases 1 and 2 of the
hospital modernization. We were part of the project recovery team, which reviewed the
construction management effort and developed recommendations to assist in project
completion.
$50MM Moffitt/Long Hospital Modernization, University of California
Performed an evaluation of contractor's claim for delay and disruption issues.
Subsequently worked in developing the schedule to complete the project.
