Design and Construction of the US Navy's Multi Billion Dollar Landing Helo Dock (LHD) ship and Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) Programs.
Served as Program Managers representative for the design and construction of USN LHD and LCAC, as well as the logistic and training for the program. Monitored construction for quality and compliance. Responsible for conducting detailed reviews of contractor CPM schedules, claims analysis, developing schedules, and monitoring and reporting schedule and cost status.

Responsible for billions of dollars in construction amounting to over half of the Navy's overall budget for Ships, Boats and Craft delivered to the Navy each year.
In addition, to conducting detailed reviews of contractor CPM schedules, claims analysis, schedules analysis, design adequacy, testing, quality, logistic and monitoring and reporting schedule and cost status, enforced federal regulations.

Responsible for the research and development of the vessel, communications systems, sensor systems, propulsion and weapon systems for current and future programs. Provided briefings for senior officials of the Navy, Defense Department, Congress and the White House. Provide analysis of technologies, risks, and performance and counter stealth in multiple environments.
